Staff <br />requests approval of Resolution No. 3136. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 3136 regarding the disposition of certain personal <br />property and matters related thereto (LaSalle Hotel furniture) to DTSB. <br />(2) Notice of Intent to exercise Lease Option for 410 W. Monroe (Gates Service Center) <br />Mr. Relos noted that as part of the January 2012 final acquisition of the downtown Gates <br />Campus properties, the Commission assumed the lease for the Gates Service Center located <br />at 410 W. Monroe. The rent for this property is $60,000 per year, or $5,000 per month. <br />The lease is for an initial five year term, expiring July 31, 2013. The lease grants the Lessee <br />an option for three two year renewals. Gates would like to renew this lease, and has given <br />notice of this intent. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alford, seconded by Ms. Schey and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission acknowledged receipt of the Notice of Intent to exercise Lease Option for 410 <br />W. Western. The rent for this property is $30,321.60 per year, or $2,526.80 per month. <br />The lease is for an initial five year term, expiring July 31, 2013. This lease grants the Lessee <br />an option for three two year renewals. Western (Gates Used Car Lot). <br />(4) Amendment to Proposal for Professional Services related to Memorial Hospital Area <br />Fagade Improvements <br />Mr. Relos noted on May 31, 2012, the Commission approved a professional services <br />agreement with The Troyer Group for the spec documentation, bidding, and construction <br />administration for the removal and replacement of new windows on the south and west sides <br />of the Skyway Building, which is attached to Memorial Hospital via the Skyway Bridge. <br />This agreement was for a not -to- exceed amount of $7,000 (proposal range was $5,000 - <br />$7,000 with reimbursables). <br />
