Because DTSB holds public events in their lobby area, this furniture could be put to active use as seating for those events. DTSB has agreed to accept this furniture. Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 3136. Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 3136 regarding the disposition of certain personal property and matters related thereto (LaSalle Hotel furniture) to DTSB. (2) Notice of Intent to exercise Lease Option for 410 W. Monroe (Gates Service Center) Mr. Relos noted that as part of the January 2012 final acquisition of the downtown Gates Campus properties, the Commission assumed the lease for the Gates Service Center located at 410 W. Monroe. The rent for this property is $60,000 per year, or $5,000 per month. The lease is for an initial five year term, expiring July 31, 2013. The lease grants the Lessee an option for three two year renewals. Gates would like to renew this lease, and has given notice of this intent. Upon a motion by Mr. Alford, seconded by Ms. Schey and unanimously carried, the Commission acknowledged receipt of the Notice of Intent to exercise Lease Option for 410 W. Monroe (Gates Service Center) (3) Notice of Intent to exercise Lease Option for 205 W. Western (Gates Used Car Lot) Mr. Relos noted that as part of the January 2012 final acquisition of the downtown Gates Campus properties, the Commission also assumed the lease for the Gates Used Car Lot at 205 W. Western. The rent for this property is $30,321.60 per year, or $2,526.80 per month. The lease is for an initial five year term, expiring July 31, 2013. This lease grants the Lessee an option for three two year renewals. Gates would like to renew this lease, and has given notice of this intent. Western (Gates Used Car Lot). (4) Amendment to Proposal for Professional Services related to Memorial Hospital Area Fagade Improvements Mr. Relos noted on May 31, 2012, the Commission approved a professional services agreement with The Troyer Group for the spec documentation, bidding, and construction administration for the removal and replacement of new windows on the south and west sides of the Skyway Building, which is attached to Memorial Hospital via the Skyway Bridge. This agreement was for a not -to- exceed amount of $7,000 (proposal range was $5,000 - $7,000 with reimbursables).
