ORDINANCE NO. 7o3D -Pa <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $75,666.00 FROM THE <br />CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR OTHER <br />MATERIALS. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Whereas, funds are available from miscellaneous revenues in the <br />Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund and Other Materials are needed to do necessary <br />repairs and maintenance. <br />SECTION I.
