ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN PEERLESS - <br />MIDWEST AND THE BOARD OF WATER WORKS COMMISSIONERS <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $64,963.00 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF A WELL AT THE RUM VILLAGE SITE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />That bids being duly accepted and opened, approval of the <br />award of a contract in the amount of $64,963.00 to Peerless - <br />Midwest, the low bidder, is requested in order to construct <br />a well at the Rum Village Site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That a contract in the amount of $64,963.00 <br />between the Board of Water Works Commissioners and Peerless - <br />Midwest to construct a well at the Rum Village Site is hereby <br />approved. <br />SECTION II.
