The facility offers best-in-class sports medicine and physical <br />therapy amenities and spacious offices. A strength and conditioning <br />area dripping in school spirit can accommodate up to 100 players. <br />Player and staff locker rooms provide space to change and store <br />personal items. The team auditorium allows for 200 occupants to <br />gather to study film. The building also contains an expansive kitchen <br />and dining area for the student-athletes as well as the Notre Dame <br />Hall of Fame. <br />Evansville Regional Economic Partnership THE DOMINION MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT <br />Architect:Hafer Design Dates:9/25 - 9/27 <br />Cost:$71,500,000 SF:Varied <br />Scope:Shiel Sexton is Construction Manager at Risk and co-developer for <br />a live, work, play development along the Warrick Wellness Trail in <br />Newburgh, Indiana. The campus, to be developed in two phases, <br />will include a 5-story commercial office building, 150 market-rate <br />apartments, ground-floor restaurant and retail spaces, civic events <br />plaza, and a 115-key hotel, all supported by a new 250-space <br />connected parking garage. The project is partially supported with <br />funding from a READI 2.0 grant. <br />Hendricks Commercial Properties BOTTLEWORKS DISTRICT <br />Architect:Eppstein Uhen Dates:1/19 - 12/20 <br />12/21 - 3/25 <br />Cost:$61,000,000 + $34,000,000 SF:253,420 + 220,000 <br />Scope: Shiel Sexton was CM on several buildings in Phase 1 of the Bottleworks <br />District Development on Mass Ave in Indianapolis.Buildings were <br />three- or four-story structures and included ground-level retail, office <br />space, and lower level parking. Building 16 was a three-story parking <br />structure with an active green roof space. Shiel Sexton also completed <br />several headquarters build-outs, a rooftop lounge, and an urban design <br />package featuring pathway and lighting that connected all buildings <br />covering two city blocks. Shiel Sexton has since been hired as CM for <br />Phase 2 of the Bottleworks District development which includes two <br />new buildings, 38,000-SF of prime retail and restaurant space, and <br />182,000-SF of Class A office space.
