Prior to joining CRG Residential, Tim was <br />responsible for over 1.5 billons dollars' worth of new <br />construction in the Indianapolis region. <br />Matt Stump, Vice President of Construction <br />Matt Stump heads the New Construction division at CRG <br />Residential, using his vast experience in design, value <br />engineering, procurement, bidding, and execution to <br />oversee projects from start to finish. Matt has been <br />recognized for securing clients due to his decades of <br />industry and project cycle expertise. Matt additionally has a <br />background in commercial projects, aiding in the mixed - <br />use development projects he now manages. <br />Joe Langebartels, Vice President of Construction <br />Joe Langebartels oversees the construction projects at CRG <br />Residential. With decades of experience, he uses his <br />expertise to manage new construction, rehabilitation, and <br />historic renovation of multifamily communities.
