Introduction <br />CRG Residential (“CRG”) is pleased to present a proposal for the Madison Lifestyle <br />District Phase I Parking Garage. According to the RFP, the project is currently <br />described as a 660 space, seven story concrete parking garage with a concrete <br />podium intended for future multifamily use and the associated site infrastructure <br />work. The following proposal is based on the information contained in the RFP <br />released by the City of South Bend and the included conceptual plans developed <br />by Studio M and Structurepoint. <br />CRG was founded in 1993 to provide construction and development services to real <br />estate owners, managers, and investors. Based in Carmel, Indiana, CRG’s footprint <br />extends throughout the eastern half of the United States, having executed <br />multifamily development, new construction, interior renovations/redevelopment, <br />and exterior capital improvement projects in 24 states. Backed by more than $2 <br />billion worth of team experience, and a unique value-engineering approach to <br />construction, CRG Residential builds high quality projects and is one of the most <br />trusted names in the industry. In fact, more than 80% of the general contracting <br />work CRG Residential performs is for repeat clients. Since inception, CRG <br />Residential and its affiliates have developed, constructed, and/or renovated over <br />40,000 multifamily housing units. Additionally, CRG has successfully delivered over <br />$490 million in mixed-use, high-impact public-private partnership (“P3”) projects <br />throughout the Midwest, nearly all of which included a structured parking element <br />consistent with the proposed Madison Lifestyle District parking garage. This P3 <br />experience includes partnerships with municipalities such as Fishers, IN, Newport, <br />KY, West Des Moines, IA, Evansville, IN, Greenwood, IN, and Carmel, IN, among <br />others.
