reported that the Utilities and Personnel and Finance Committees had met on this bill
<br />and recommended it to the Council favorable. John Stancati, Director of the Water
<br />Works, made the presentation for the bill. He indicated this bill amends Section 2,
<br />to include a list of the projects to be funded; Section 4 is amended to include the
<br />interest rate of 8 %; Section 7 is amended to permit optional redemption on January
<br />1, 2003, and to permit the successful bidder for the Bonds to aggregate all or some
<br />of the bonds into Term Bonds which require less bond certificates. Council Member
<br />Luecke made a motion to recommend this bill to the Council favorable, seconded by
<br />Council Member Kelly. The motion carried.

<br />Council Member Coleman. The motion carried.
