BILL NO. 119 -93 A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND CERTAIN TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS <br />THEREWITH AND GENERALLY LOCATED WEST OF IRONWOOD ROAD AND SOUTH <br />OF IRELAND ROAD IN CENTRE TOWNSHIP, ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA <br />(RESERVOIR ANNEXATION). <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Coleman made a motion to refer this bill <br />to the Zoning and Vacation Committee and set it for public hearing and third reading <br />on January 10, seconded by Council Member Duda. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 120 -93 A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8436 -93, WHICH AMENDED CHAPTER 16 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "REFUSE ". <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Zakrzewski made a motion to refer this <br />bill to the Utilities Committee and set it for public hearing and third reading on <br />January 10, seconded by Council Member Duda. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 121 -93 A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 1, SECTION 20 -17 OF THE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE AUTHORIZING INSPECTORS WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF CODE <br />ENFORCEMENT WHO HAVE OBTAINED A SPECIAL COMMISSION TO ENFORCE THE <br />PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 20. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Coleman made a motion to refer this bill <br />to the Utilities Committee and set it for public hearing and third reading on January <br />10, seconded by Council Member Duda. The motion carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />James Cierzniak, 1156 E. Victoria, spoke regarding the College Football Hall of Fame. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council unfinished or new, Council <br />Member Ladewski made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Zakrzewski.
