Council Member Washington <br />reported that the Zoning and Annexation Committee had met on this resolution and <br />recommended it to the Council favorable. Bob Nagle, Asst. Zoning Administrator, <br />indicated that a hearing was held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on this exception, <br />and it received a favorable recommendation. Mr. Robert Cole, a member of the Berean <br />Seventh Day Adventist Church, made the presentation for the resolution. He indicated <br />they have been working with the project manager for the downtown area, regarding this <br />exception. He indicated they planned to put a parking lot in this location. He <br />indicated the lot will be 32' from the sidewalk, properly screened and landscaped. <br />Council Member Coleman made a motion to adopt this resolution, seconded by Council <br />Member Washington.
