See the previous <br />section for a description of how the savings were determined. <br />Measurement and Verification —The M&V approach for the HVAC Control System Upgrades ECM is based <br />on IPMVP Option A. This includes visual inspection of the VFDs to verify that the drives are capable of <br />reducing the motor speeds and analysis of BAS trend data to verify the reduction in speed.
