In 2025 South <br /> Housing Bend will continue targeting <br /> Public the Near Northwest, Near West <br /> Improvements Side, and Southeast <br /> Public Services Neighborhoods through <br /> partnerships with three CDCs. <br /> These areas show relatively low <br /> incomes and high <br /> concentrations of poverty,high <br /> rates of residential vacancy and <br /> abandonment, and a high <br /> incidence of sub-prime loans. <br /> The target areas were also <br /> selected for review in the City's <br /> 2025 Analysis of Residential <br /> Market Potential. These are <br /> neighborhoods that are seeing <br /> increased redevelopment <br /> activity and have greater <br /> market potential. Programs that <br /> assist existing owner-occupants <br /> with repairs and promote <br /> homeownership for first time <br /> homebuyers will target the <br /> LaSalle Park and Kenned Park <br /> OMB Control No:2506-0117(exp.07/31/2025) 137 <br />
