Store liquid materials in their original undamaged containers in a clean, dry, protected location; away from direct <br />sunlight; within the temperature range noted on the product data sheet. <br />D. Handle and store roofing materials and equipment in a manner to avoid permanent deflection of deck. <br />1.7 PROJECT CONDITIONS <br />A. Weather Limitations: Proceed with installation only when existing and forecasted weather conditions permit roofing <br />system to be installed according to manufacturer's written instructions and warranty requirements. <br />B. Daily Protection: Coordinate installation of roofing so insulation and other components of roofing system not <br />permanently exposed are not subjected to precipitation or left uncovered at the end of the workday or when rain is <br />forecast. <br />1. Provide tie -offs at and of each days work to cover exposed roofing and insulation with a course of roofing <br />sheet securely in place with joints and edges sealed. <br />2. Complete terminations and base flashings and provide temporary seals to prevent water from entering <br />completed sections of roofing. <br />3. Remove temporary plugs from roof drains at end of each day. <br />4. Remove and discard temporary seals before beginning work on adjoining roofing. <br />1.8 WARRANTY <br />A. Provide Manufacturer's 20 year warranty covering membrane, roof insulation, and system accessories. Comply <br />with all warranty procedures required by Manufacturer, including notifications, scheduling, and inspections. <br />1. Limit ofLiability: No dollar limitation(NDL) <br />B. Scope of Coverage: Repair leaks in the roofing system caused by <br />1. Ordinary wear and tear <br />2. Normal exposure to the elements <br />3. Manufacturing defects in materials <br />4. Type: ASTM C1177V177M or ASTM C1278IC1278M; 48 inches wide x thickness indicated, maximum <br />practical length, square cut ends and edges <br />2. Mold resistance: 10, tested to ASTM D3273. <br />C. Roof Membrane: <br />1.
