REGULAR MEETING <br />APRIL 26, 1994 <br />ITS MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS (THE POINTE AT <br />ST. JOSEPH PROJECT), ISSUE OF 1994, SERIES A,B,C, AND D IN THE <br />AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT EXCEEDING $12,920,485.27 AND <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING OTHER ACTIONS IN RESPECT THEREOF. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Luecke made a motion to recommend this <br />bill to the Community and Economic Development Committee and set it for public <br />hearing and third reading on May 9, seconded by Council Member Kelly.
