deposit therein and available to make such payments. No deposit <br />• pursuant to this paragraph need be made to the extent that there <br />is a sufficient amount already on deposit in the Sinking Fund to <br />be applied to the next Maturity to pay interest on Bonds bearing <br />interest at a Fixed Rate through such payment date, in which case <br />such rental payment or proceeds shall be deposited into the <br />Operation and Reserve Fund. <br />(h) In lieu of mandatory Sinking Fund redemption, the <br />Trustee may, at the request of the Authority, purchase in the open <br />market an equal principal amount of Bonds of the Maturity to be <br />redeemed at prices not exceeding the principal amount of the Bonds <br />being purchased plus accrued interest. To the extent that the <br />Authority is acquiring Bonds which bear interest at a Weekly Rate <br />or an Adjustable Long Rate (other than Pledged Bonds) in lieu of <br />mandatory Sinking Fund redemption, such purchase price shall be <br />paid other than from amounts drawn on the Credit Facility. In <br />addition, the amount of Bonds to be redeemed on any date pursuant <br />to the mandatory Sinking Fund redemption schedule provided in <br />Section 511(e) hereof shall be reduced by the principal amount of <br />Bonds of such Maturity which are acquired by the Authority and <br />delivered to the Trustee for cancellation. <br />Section 403. Reserve Fund. The Authority shall <br />establish with the Trustee and maintain so long as any of the Bonds <br />are outstanding a separate fund to be known as the South Bend <br />• Redevelopment Authority College Football Hall of Fame Reserve Fund <br />(the "Reserve Fund"). A deposit shall be made to the Reserve Fund <br />as required by Section 301(c) hereof. Moneys on deposit in the <br />Reserve Fund shall not exceed the Reserve Amount. Money on deposit <br />in the Reserve Fund shall be used to make payment on the Bonds to <br />the extent money in the Sinking Fund is insufficient for such <br />purpose and to reimburse the Credit Facility Issuer for draws on <br />the Credit Facility and to pay any fees of the Credit Facility <br />Issuer. <br />Section 404. Operation and Reserve Fund. The Authority <br />shall establish and maintain with the Trustee a separate fund to <br />be known as the South Bend Redevelopment Authority College Football <br />Hall of Fame Operation and Reserve Fund (the "Operation and Reserve <br />Fund"). The Operation and Reserve Fund shall be used only to pay <br />necessary incidental expenses of the Authority (e.g. required <br />audits, appraisals, meetings and reports) incurred in connection <br />with the Project, the payment of principal, interest and redemption <br />premiums of the Bonds herein described upon redemption or the <br />purchase price of Bonds purchased as authorized by Article V or <br />amounts owed to the Credit Facility Issuer, and if the amount in <br />the Sinking Fund at any time is less than the required amount, the <br />Trustee shall, without any further authorization, transfer funds <br />from the Operation and Reserve Fund to the Sinking Fund in an <br />amount sufficient to raise the amount in the Sinking Fund to the <br />_ required amount. Such action by the Trustee shall not constitute <br />34 <br />
