appeal process, the release of obsolete financing documents, petitions or applications regarding <br />land use before other City, St. Joseph County or other administrative bodies or any other review <br />process, whether such process was initiated by the Authority or another entity, which authority <br />shall include the authority to execute documents on behalf of the Authority which relate to the <br />completion of authorized transfers of property and the completion of other administrative acts. <br />An administrative act is one in which the Executive Director determines, upon the advise of legal <br />counsel, that said act has occurred within the course of owning, leasing or managing property <br />and does not adversely impact an interest of the Authority in light of the Authority's overall <br />purpose and goals as set forth under the Act. <br />2. The authority granted under this Resolution expires on December 31, 2013. <br />3.
