RESOLUTION NO.95 -36 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING T <br />DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE <br />BROADWAY STREET TO BE <br />PURPOSES OF A TEN (10) <br />RICHARD ALLEN <br />3E ADOPTION OF A DECLARATORY RESOLUTION <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />NORTHEAST CORNER OF MAIN STREET AND <br />AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR <br />YEAR REAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR <br />Council Member Luecke made a motion to continue this resolution until November 27, <br />seconded by Council Member Coleman. The motion carried. <br />BILLS. FIRST READING <br />BILL NO. 65 -95 <br />A BILL AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, AND ESTABLISHING AN <br />HISTORIC LANDMARK FOR THE OBJECT IN -SITU LOCATED IN THE PUBLIC <br />RIGHT OF WAY AT THE CORNER OF NAPOLEON AND STANFIELD STREETS, IN <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />This bill had <br />first reading.
