Council Member Kelly made a motion to adopt the resolution, seconded by <br />ouncil Member Slavinskas. The resolution was adopted by a roll call vote of eight <br />yes. <br />.ere being no further business to come before the Council unfinished or new, Council <br />mber Coleman made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Luecke.
