BILL NO. ORDINANCE NO. 715-7- $'S AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7005 -81 REGULATING FEES CHARGED FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC WORKS TYPE LICENSES AND PERMITS. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT In order to provide for on -going fee schedules for certain public works type licenses and permits and to provide for periodic review of such fees, the Common Council of the City of South Bend submits the following Bill amending Ordinance No. 7005 -81. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, as follows: SECTION I. Section VI. of Ordinance No. 7005 -81 shall be amended to read- -as follows: SECTION VI. The above license and permit fees shall be in effect - from- 3annary7l;- 19817- through- Hecember -31,- -1982- be subject to annual review by the Common Council and shall remain in effect until changed by ordinance of the Common Council. Any fee amount of the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, which appears to be in conflict with this Ordinance is hereby repealed. All other license and permit procedures related hereto and outlined in the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, including but not limited to bonding amounts and licensing procedures are hereby affirmed. SECTION II.
