The <br />purpose of the grant is to assist the Commission in its efforts <br />to develop a strong program designed to promote equal housing <br />opportunities in South Bend. The attached Ordinance is being <br />presented to you for review. Also attached is a description of <br />the Fair Housing Program the Commission hopes to implement with <br />the HUD funds.
