ORDINANCE NO. 7jZ -g3 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $27,000.00 FROM THE LOCAL EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY FUND TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION AND DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. The sum of $27,000 is hereby appropriated for the fiscal year starting October 1, 1982 from the Equal Housing Opportunity Fund. The appropriation shall be used for the expenses of the Human Rights Commission incurred under a federal grant awarded the Commission by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
