ORDINANCE NO. �R <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $94,900.00 FROM THE <br />SEWAGE DEPRECIATION FUND TO THE BUREAU OF WASTE- <br />WATER DEPRECIATION BUDGET LINE ITEMS: 416 <br />BUILDING, STRUCTURES, IMPROVEMENT, $89,900.00; <br />429 OTHER EQUIPMENT, $5,000.00. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the <br />adoption of the existing budget for the Sewage Depreciation <br />Budget so.that it is now necessary to appropriate monies to <br />fund necessary expenditures for the year 1982. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I.
