Project), <br />Series 1982. <br />This bond is in the sum of Five Million Dollars of Revenue <br />Bonds. The said bonds will be issued in registered form as <br />to principal only in denominations of Five Thousand Dollars <br />and will carry a rate of interest not exceeding 11% payable <br />on May 1 and November 1st of each year, and as of May 1, 1983. <br />The bond is for the purposes of establishing the Solid <br />Waste Disposal System which is located approximately 2,800 feet <br />West of State Road, Route 331 on Shively Road at St. Joseph <br />County, Madison Township, Indiana. <br />The bond is a thirty year bond and the proceeds thereof <br />will be used for the development of the cemetery landfill <br />and attendant facilities and equipment. The purchase of <br />facilities, vehicles, containers and machinery for the <br />collection of storage and transportation for the disposal of <br />solid waste will be used from the proceeds. <br />No request for tax abatement has been made and the operation <br />of the landfill will create one new job and preserve six other <br />positions. <br />
