PETER HAUSER <br />18397 Crownhill Drive <br />South Bend, Indiana 46637 <br />RE: 1118 NORTH BURNS <br />Dear Mr. Hauser: <br />This is to advise you that the Board of Public Works, at its <br />meeting held today, accepted your bid of $50.00 for the purchase of <br />the above referred to City -owned property with the condition that <br />you replace the sidewalk in front of this property by May 1, 1994. <br />The City Attorney's office will prepare the appropriate Purchase <br />Agreement for this property and I will forward the Agreement to you <br />for signature as soon as I receive it.
