ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $104,500 FROM <br />THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br />FUND TO PROJECT CS823, HAWTHORNE DRIVE <br />SANITARY SEWER, WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE <br />SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In the best interest of public health and safety, it is <br />necessary to replace the existing sanitary sewer on Hawthorne Drive. <br />Funds are now needed for the construction costs for this <br />improvement. These funds are available from the Cumulative Sewer <br />Building and Sinking Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby <br />appropriated and ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer <br />Building and Sinking Fund for the project in the amount set forth <br />below: <br />PROJECT NO.
