ORDINANCE NO. 7, S- <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $62,000.00 FROM THE <br />CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO <br />PROJECT CS 824, SOUTH BEND AVENUE SEWER PROJECT, <br />WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br />FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In the best interest of public health and safety, it is <br />necessary to install a sanitary sewer system on South Bend Avenue. <br />Funds are now needed for the construction costs for these <br />improvements. These funds are available from the Cumulative Sewer <br />Building and Sinking Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated <br />and ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking <br />Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
