A review of the budget disclosed that certain
line item accounts will be in the red at the end of the appropriation
period unless certain adjustments are made.
The Commission, through the attached Ordinance, is proposing to
transfer funds from certain accounts where there is a surplus of
funds to other accounts where there is a deficit. It is emphasized
that the total amount of the original appropriation will not be
affected by this action.
Your favorable consideration of this Ordinance is appreciated.
Thank you.
Sin erely,
t; arry o nson
Execu ive Director
LJ:lfh
Attachment
