BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO.��5"%8j <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $7,738.00 BETWEEN VARIOUS <br />ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY IN HOUSING <br />FUND OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />It has been determined that certain accounts within the <br />Equal Employment Opportunity Fund will have a deficit at the <br />expiration of the current appropriation year. It has also been <br />determined that certain other accounts will have a surplus. The <br />purpose of this Ordinance is to transfer $7,738.00 between accounts <br />to make up the projected deficits and to provide funds for certain <br />program activities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $7,738.00 is hereby transferred <br />between various accounts, all accounts being within the Equal <br />Opportunity in Housing Fund of the Human Rigths Commission and the <br />Department of Human Resources and Economic Development as set forth <br />below: <br />Reduce the following accounts: <br />ACCOUNT NO.
