S. Equal <br />Employment Opportunity Commission which expires September 30, <br />1983. A review of the budget disclosed that the telephone line <br />item account will have a deficit at the end of the appropriation <br />period. This is due primarily to several unexpectedly high bills. <br />In order to correct this situation, it will be necessary to trans- <br />fer funds from an account where there is a surplus to the telephone <br />account.
