BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. Ordiance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordiance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: (1) Lot Numbered Eight (8) as shown on the recorded Plat of Lincoln Manor Second Addition to the City of South Bend, recorded in Plat Book 11, at page 143. Otherwise known as 3102 Ardmore Trail, South Bend, Indiana. (2) Lot Numbered Seven (7) as shown on the recorded Plat of Lincoln Manor, Second Addition to the City of South Bend. and A strip of land seven (7) feet in width East and West taken off of and from the entire length of the West side of Lot Numbered Six (6) as shown on the recorded Plat of Lincoln Manor Second Addition to the City of South Bend. Otherwise known as 3026 Ardmore Trail, South Bend, Indiana. be and the same is hereby established as C -1 commercial, A height and area district. Section 2.
