While acceptable enterprises <br />were included otherwise, the goal was not met for the Women or Minority Business Enterprise <br />goals. The Michuda-Cruz bid only met the MBE goal. Engineering, the Office of Diversity and <br />Inclusion, and City Legal reviewed the bids to conclude good faith efforts were present in Larson <br />Danielson's bid to meet the requirements for the City of South Bend's Minority and Women <br />Business Enterprise Inclusion Program Plan. <br />
