Area. <br />3.Each bid placed by Staff must be approved by the Executive Director or any properly <br />appointed Acting Executive Director of the City's Department of Community <br />Investment. <br />4.Following the conclusion of any Sheriff Sale in which a bid is placed by Staff on behalf <br />of the Commission, at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Commission, Staff will <br />provide an overview of the Acquisition List Properties that Staff bid on and the bid results. <br />5.The authority granted to Staff under this Resolution shall expire on June 30, 2025. <br />6.This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its adoption. <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the Commission held on November 14, 2024, at 1308 <br />County- City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION <br />________________________________________ <br />Troy Warner, President <br />ATTEST: <br />___________________________________ <br />Vivian G.
