<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68,
<br />AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
<br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
<br />(Chapter 21, Municipal Code)
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana:
<br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance
<br />is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning
<br />classification of the following described real estate in the City of
<br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana:
<br />Lots 509, 510, 528, 529, 530, 531, 532, 533, 550,
<br />551, 552, 553, 554, 555, 572, 573, 574, 575, 576,
<br />577, 578, 579, 580, 581, 587, 588, 589, 590, 680,
<br />681, 682, 990, 991, 992, 993, 994, 995, 996, 997,
<br />998, 999, 1000, 1100, 1101, 1102, 1103, 1104, and
<br />1105, 3rd Plat of Summit Place Addition to the City
<br />of South Bend, and the following vacated alleys
<br />within the 3rd Plat of Summit Place Addition east -
<br />west alley between lots 1100 -1105 and 1106 and 1099,
<br />north -south alley between lots 1102 -1103, north -south
<br />alley between lots 997 -998, north. - south alley between
<br />lots 992 -993, north- -south alley between lots 587 and
<br />680, north -south alley between lots 581 and 590, 1st
<br />north -south alley west of Olive Street from Fisher
<br />to Dunham Streets, east -west alley between lots
<br />553 -555 and 572 -574, east -west alley between lots
<br />531 -533 and 550 -552, east -west alley between lots
<br />509 -511 and 528 -530.

<br />179, 182, 183, 184, 185, 186, 187, and 188, Realty
<br />Construction Company's Second Addition to the City
<br />of South Bend, and the following vacated alleys
<br />within Realty Construction Company's Second Addition:
<br />north -south alley between lots 146 -151 and 182 -188,
<br />first east -west alley south of lot 188, eas.t -west alley
<br />between lots 171 and 172.
<br />be and the same is hereby established as "B" Residential, "A" Height and
<br />Area.
<br />Section 2. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is
<br />commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
<br />be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification
<br />of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph
<br />County, State of Indiana:
<br />Beginning at the northwest corner of the northeast quarter
<br />of Section 15, Township 37 North, Range 3 East; thence
<br />south along the west line of the northeast quarter of
<br />said Section 15 a distance of 136.5 feet; thence east
<br />along a line parallel to and 136.5 feet south of the
<br />north line of said Section 15 to the centerline of
<br />Grant Street; thence north along the centerline of
<br />Grant Street to the north line of said Section 15;
<br />thence west along said north line to the point of
<br />beginning.
