Project <br />number CD81 -104 is no longer an operational program and has funds <br />available. Project numbers CD81 -203 and CD81 -205 have been completed <br />and the contracts have expired with balances remaining. <br />Project numbers CD82 -112.2 and CD82 -202 require the <br />additional funds in this ordinance to cover their activities through <br />3/31/83.
