Each bid placed by Staff must be approved by the Executive Director or any properly <br />appointed Acting Executive Director of the City's Department of Community <br />Investment. <br /> <br />4. Following the conclusion of any Sheriff Sale in which a bid is placed by Staff on behalf <br />of the Commission, at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Commission, Staff will <br />provide an overview of the Acquisition List Properties that Staff bid on and the bid results. <br /> <br />5. The authority granted to Staff under this Resolution shall expire on June 30, 2025. <br /> <br />6.
