Inshort, I am trying to return the home to being a single family unit. That being said, due to financial constraints, this willbe a project that gets spread out over the next 1-2 yrs more than likely. So it shouldn't be expected that it willprogress and be done in a 3 to 6 month window. If that will be a problem, please advise.
