Over existing roof membrane mechanically fastened down through the wood decking 1 layer of 1/2” <br />insulation, approximately R-2.8 following manufactures fastening pattern for a standard 55 MPH wind <br />speed warranty. <br />2. Check for and replace if found, any bad decking with material of same thickness and kind. On a time <br />and material basis as an additional cost to contract price. The owner will be notified of all deck <br />replacement at the time of discovery and will provide photo documentation of any replacement. <br />3. Furnish and install new 60 mil Black EPDM membrane over the installed insulation. All installation <br />details and procedures shall be per manufacturer’s published specifications. <br />4. Properly flash all wall, edge metal, roof curbs, soil stacks and miscellaneous roof penetrations <br />following roof system manufacturers published specifications. <br />5. Provide new copper sheets, standard colors, to shop fabricate and install new edge metal to replace <br />existing. <br />6. Supply and install new copper counter flashing at inside walls and chimney. <br />7. At completion of job issue a 10-year Wolf Commercial Roofing labor warranty <br />File Upload <br />Site Plans, Aerial Views, and/or Blueprints: One (1) set shall be submitted with the Application. <br />Uploaded documentation must show existing property lines, buildings, structures, and proposed project <br />location(s).
