IN <br />BOMB <br />BIOLOGICAL / <br />CHEMICAL <br />BOMB Threat <br />• Call 911 and report <br />• Evacuate building <br />• Collect detailed information for <br />emergency services <br />• Complete Incident Report <br />• Wad for "All Clear" from police <br />before re-entering building. <br />BIOLOGIAL / CHEMICAL Threat <br />Refer to procedures outlined in <br />Emergency Response Plan <br />Chapter 13 <br />EVACUATION MAV <br />lmwFA LLvft <br />MISSING PERSON <br />1) Get full description of missing or <br />abducted person, keep parent / <br />guardian at Welcome Desk. <br />2) Page "Code Adam" over radio with <br />description of missing or abducted <br />person. <br />3) Call 911 <br />4) Upon hearing Code Adam page, <br />activate CODE ADAM protocols - <br />staff should immediately secure all <br />exits. <br />5) If person if found unharmed, reunite <br />with parent / guardian at Welcome <br />Desk area. <br />6) If person if found with someone other <br />than parent / guardian, delay departure <br />if possible.
