Items such as new bollards, painting, and locksets. •Dedication Plaque:$5,335.00 o This is an owner-initiated change to install a bronze dedication plaque. •Additional Arborvitae:$2,300.00 o This is an owner-initiated change to install additional arborvitae plantings. •Change to no-mow grass:$440.00 o This is an owner-initiated change to switch to no-mow grass on the small southwest hill. •Additional Sidewalk Replacement: $4,276.00 o This is an owner-initiated change to replace some of the deteriorated sidewalk along Twyckenham Drive, as well as provide accessible parking. •Additional Interior Signage:$1,222.00 o This is an owner-initiated change to install additional interior signage within the firehouse noting different room names and numbers. •Digital Sign:$14,916.00 o This is an owner-initiated change to add a digital sign to the front yard, similar to Station #9. •Additional Curb Replacement:$4,869.00 o This is an owner-initiated change to replace curb along Twyckenham Drive to facilitate accessible parking. •Railing Deduct:($4,541.00) o This is a deduct to reflect the Fire Department choosing a less expensive railing type inside the station. •TOTAL:$32,807.00 This change order does not affect the existing contract completion date of September 19, 2024. Funding for this change order is available through the Fire Department’s capital fund.
