ORDINANCE NO. Ga -g3 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,600,000.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND FOR THE 1983 POLICE AND FIRE PENSION COSTS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT Additional funds are needed to supplement the 1983 budget for police and fire pensions, as planned in the budget. Monies are available within the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the sum of $1,600,000.00 is hereby appropriates for t e year 1983 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
