Jefferson Boulevard <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />The November 18, 1993 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to <br />order at 4:45 by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Andre B. Gammage, Vice-President <br />Members Absent: Mr. Donald K. Fewell, Secretary <br /> <br />Legal Counsel: Ms. Jenny Pitts Manier <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Recording Secretary <br />Mr. James Riggs, Economic Dev. Specialist <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. A~nroval of Minutes of the ReQUlar Meeting of November 4, 1993. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanunously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of November 4, 1993. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority aoaroval reauested for Proposal from Franzen Landscape Design for <br />wetlands planting design for the Blackthorn Golf Course. - <br />Mr. Riggs explained that our consultant for the Blackthorn Corporate Center <br />and Golf Course has asked us to enter into a contract with Franzen Landscape <br />Design for the design of the landscaping around the wetlands. There are seven <br />acres of wetlands to be landscaped. There is no overlap between this contract <br />and the contract approved at the November 4 meeting for a landscape plan for <br />the golf course entrance, parking lot, tees, etc. The total fee for the contract <br />is $1,150. <br />. -1- <br />
