ORDINANCE NO. 7,7 S-4 -,r3 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $70,000.00 FROM THE LOCAL ROAD <br />AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R &S 71, LOGAN STREET IMPROVE - <br />MENTS, WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In the best interest of public safety it is necessary to reconstruct <br />Logan Street from the Grand Trunk and Western Railroad to Bulla Street in <br />order to provide a safer roadway. <br />Additional funds are now needed for the cost of engineering and <br />right -of -way. These funds are available from the Local Road and Street Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and <br />ordered set apart from the Local Road and Street Fund for the project in <br />the amount set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
