" z ; e1-4u <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $65,000.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND COMMONLY REFERRED <br />TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND FOR <br />REPAIR OF ISLAND PARK FOR 1983 TO BE ADMINISTERED <br />BY THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />In order to continue using Island Park, major repairs <br />are required. Monies are availabe within the General Revenue <br />Sharing Trust Fund for this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $65,000.00 is hereby <br />appropriated for the year 1983 from the Federal Assistance Grant <br />Fund commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. <br />This appropriation is to be administered by the Engineering <br />Department and will be distributed as set forth below: <br />ACCOUNT <br />399.0 <br />PROGRAM FA 236 <br />ISLAND PARK REPAIRS <br />DESCRIPTION <br />AMOUNT <br />Other Contractuals $ 65,000.00 <br />Total $ 65,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
