ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $100,000.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND FOR OPERATING COSTS OF THE PARKING GARAGES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT Additional funds are needed in 1983 to maintain the operations of the City of South Bend Parking Garages. Monies are availabe in the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the sum of $100,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the year 1983 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the Parking Garages Department and will be distributed as set forth below: ACCOUNT PROGRAM FA 237 PARKING GARAGE OPERATIONS DESCRIPTION AMOUNT 379.0 Rents $ 100,000.00 Total $ 100,000.00 SECTION II. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from an after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor, and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
