ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE REDUCING VARIOUS <br />LINE ITEMS IN ORDINANCE 7094 -82, <br />1983 BUDGET. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to avoid a deficit balance in the <br />General Fund at the end of 1983, it is necessary to reduce the <br />1983 budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I.
