INC. #837 -83 <br />811 East Madison Street, South Bend <br />July 11, 1983 <br />REQUESTED ACTION: The petitioner is requesting a zone change from <br />"B" Residential, "B" Height and Area to "B" <br />Residential, "G" Height and Area to allow for a <br />"hospital, physicians' offices and related uses ". <br />EXISTING LAND USE: The site contains a hospital, physicians' <br />offices and related uses. <br />SURROUNDING LAND USE AND ZONING: <br />DATA: <br />SITE PLAN: <br />Located to the north and south are parking <br />lots zoned "B" Residential, "B" Height and <br />Area; to the east are medical offices and <br />single family houses zoned "B" Residential, <br />"B" Height and Area; and to the west is a <br />parking lot, a clinic and single family <br />houses zoned "B" Residential, "B" Height and <br />Area. <br />The total site to be rezoned is 340,152 <br />square feet or 7.8 acres. <br />A site plan is not required for petitions <br />involving only a change in height and area <br />AGENCY COMMENTS: The City Engineer has no comments. <br />
