Walnut Street, <br /> South Bend, IN 46619 : <br /> 1 . Pulaski Park is right behind my home and during the spring and <br /> summer seasons individuals park their vehicles on my <br /> property. <br /> 2. Individuals drive through the alley onto my property and <br /> dump their trash, such as , mattress, tires, furniture, etc. <br /> 3.
