I am renting <br />to own. <br />OR <br /> <br /> I am the tenant. I <br />am not renting to <br />own. <br /> Copy of recorded deed <br /> Declaration page of current home <br />insurance <br /> Proof of current paid taxes (tax statement) <br />You may not have all of these <br />documents.
