CITY OF SOUTH BEND OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK <br /> Citizen Member Stacy Odom-Absent Citizen Member Jordan Giger-Aye <br /> Kari Myers, Zoning Specialist from the Department of Community Investment on the 14th floor <br /> of the County-City building, stated that this bill requests a special exception for restaurant use. <br /> She clarified that, following the last meeting,the focus is on ensuring the use remains more <br /> restaurant-oriented rather than overly commercial.
