ARTICLE XXIII <br />Duration, Amendment and Termination <br />Section 1. Term. This Agreement shall become effective June 1, 2022 and remain effective to <br />and including May 31, 2025. It shall continue in effect from year to year thereafter, to and <br />including May 31 st of each year, unless notice for amendment or termination is given in the <br />manner provided herein. <br />Section 2. Notice to Amend or Terminate. Either parry desiring to amend or terminate this <br />Agreement must notify the other in writing at least sixty (60) but not more than ninety (90) <br />calendar days prior to May 31 or any May 31 thereafter. <br />Section 3. Mutual Amendment at any Time. This Agreement shall be subject to amendment <br />at any time by mutual consent of the parties hereto.
