It is expressly understood and agreed that tite Principal and Surety small become obligated to pay such <br />Wages, Welfare Fund Contributions, Pension Fund Contributions and any other contributions or deductlons that may be <br />specified in the Collective Bargaining Agreement as are due and unpaid within ten (10) days of the receipt of notice or filing of <br />evidence with the Surety of the delinquency in payment of the above obligations by tite Employer, herein referred to as the <br />Principal.
